Loading Time

Sometimes answers may take 2–15 seconds.

Prompting the Assistant

Example questions you can ask TimePilot:

“Provide a summary of this case.”

“What were the key details from the suspect's interviews?”

“Produce a witness list for trial.”

Be Specific: If searching phone records, reference the exact number, subject's name and date/time. For Example: "Who did John Doe text on 1/1/2025 around 12 PM?"

Build Upon Previous Questions: TimePilot remembers prior queries and can refine results.

Use Follow-up Questions: If TimePilot provides partial information, refine your request. For Example: If the response to "What gun killed John Doe?" is "P95," but no image is shown, ask: "Show me a photo of a P95."

Assistant Refusals

The assistant will sometimes return “Sorry, I am unable to assist you with this request.” This usually has two causes: either it couldn’t find any information related to the question or the question may have been too vague or broad.

Try rephrasing. For example:

“List possible threats.”

Use synonyms: “threats” instead of “extremists”

Use past tense: “idolized” instead of “idolizes”

If you are still receiving refusals, please reach out via the “Feedback” button in the lower-right of TimePilot.

Capacity

This is not storage, but processed files. Unfortunately, deleting files won’t give you additional capacity.

However, you’re able to continue using TimePilot with your current cases even if you’ve hit the limit.
