Step 1: Tranquility AI will set up a OneDrive directory for you to upload your case files.

• Open your email inbox and look for an email from Tranquility AI that invites you to join a folder titled TimePilot Upload.

• Click 'Open' on the folder invitation.

• Input your email to create an account.

• The folder will appear in your OneDrive as TimePilot Upload.

Step 2: Create your case folder within the TimePilot Upload folder.

• Click 'New' to create a new folder.

• The name of the folder should be the name you want the case to be within TimePilot.

Step 3: Organize your case evidence.

• TimePilot provides the ability to narrow in on specific evidence using the Evidence Locker feature.

  

  This feature is most effective when you organize your case evidence into logical groupings.

  Here are some suggestions for organizing your case files.

  Group similar files together:

  • Financial Records: Create folders containing pertinent financial evidence.
    For example: you might have one folder for wire transfers, another for bank statements, and more folders organized by specific types of financial evidence.

  • Media Sources: Create separate folders for pictures, audio transcripts, and video sources.

  • Cell phone dumps: Create a separate folder for each phone.
    Note: Make sure when selecting cell phones that you want to analyze, you know what’s in the phone before sending it to sync.  

  Have clear and concise folder names:

  Here are some examples:

  • Cell phone dumps: John Doe’s iPhone 16

  • Witness Statements: Witness Statements Gabby Petito 

  • Interview Transcripts: John Doe Interview 01/01/2025 

  • Exhibits: Exhibit 1A 

  • Affidavits: Jane Doe Affidavit 

Important Notes:

Capacity Limit

• The maximum capacity in TimePilot depends on your subscription. Typically it is 500GB.

Case Selection

• Large files (10GB+) are supported.

• NIBIN files are currently not supported.

• Video files are currently not supported.

• Choose files that are no larger than your data capacity limit (typically 500GB).

Additional Case Sync

• Once you add new files to your cloud storage, they will automatically sync with TimePilot, provided you haven’t exceeded the storage limit.
