Step 1: Tranquility AI will set up a OneDrive directory for you to upload your case files.

• Open your email inbox and look for an email from Tranquility AI that invites you to join a folder titled TimePilot Upload.

• Click 'Open' on the folder invitation.

• Input your email to create an account.

• The folder will appear in your OneDrive as TimePilot Upload.

Step 2: Create your case folder within the TimePilot Upload folder.

• Click 'New' to create a new folder.

• The name of the folder should be the name you want the case to be within TimePilot.

Step 3: Upload your case files to the TimePilot Upload Folder.

• Simply drag and drop your files into the TimePilot Upload folder.

• You can close your browser after starting the upload. OneDrive will handle the upload in the background.

Step 4: Check the status of your uploads.

• ✅ = File is successfully processed

• 🔁 = File is being uploaded

• ❌ = Please contact support

Important Notes:

Capacity Limit

• The maximum capacity in TimePilot is depends on your subscription. Typically it is 500GB.

Case Selection

• Large files (10GB+) are supported. Choose files that are no larger than your data capacity limit.

• NIBIN files are currently not supported.

• Video files are currently not supported.

Additional Case Sync

• Once you add new files to your cloud storage, they will automatically sync with TimePilot, provided you haven’t exceeded the storage limit.
